THE FIVE-FOLD VISION OF THE PIONEER BAPTIST CHURCH:

1. The vision of winning a lost world to Jesus Christ. (Mark 16:15)

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

2. The vision of baptizing all believers. (Matthew 28:19-20)

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

3. The vision of edification of believers. (II Corinthians 10:8)

“For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed:”

4. The vision of Christian education for our children. (Proverbs 22:6)

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

5. The vision of being both a lighthouse and a training center for Christians. (II Timothy 2:2)

“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
