This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24 KJV)
What a great day to gather together and worship our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ! The glass is definitely at least half full, and with our eternal perspective, as Christians, our cup “runneth over!” Sure, things are different under our current and temporary “viral restrictions,” but between those present in the auditorium, and those watching here and across the country, there is a warmth and a comfort in being able to open our Bibles, read our Bibles, and pray, knowing “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:20) Just imagine our brethren in other parts of the world, who, on their best days, do not have the blessings of freedom of speech, assembly, and freedom of live-streaming that we enjoy. In less than 2½, hours, (10 a.m. Pacific Time) LORD willing, we will sit at the feet of Pastor Enoch Hacbang and receive a wonderful Sunday School lesson, following which our regular Sunday Morning service will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.
I’m excited, I know it’s going to be a marvelous day, and I am so thankful that with the LORD, we can spend it together!
Love and prayers to all!
